This 2009 Bordeaux Rouge from Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) was carefully selected by the DBR winemaker's team for the Golden Century Group. The Private Reserve Wine is a special blend from DBR and was chosen to perfectly complement the Chinese cuisine by Golden Century.

A classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, this 2009 Bordeaux vintage has intense blackcurrant fruit aromas. The palate has concentrated ripe fruit and is finely balanced with a long finish.

The Golden Century Shiraz has often drawn comparison with the beautifully fragrant & firm structured wines. It possesses a dense and dark colour, the aromas of black raspberries and smoke. Full bodied with great intensity, the palate is fruity and concentrated. An excellent companion of roast chicken and peking duck.

The 2010 vintage is very aromatic, with hints of grapefruit and white flowers, and possesses a great freshness. This mineral wine is made of 90% Sauvignon Blanc which gives it freshness and clean acid finish. It's truly a wine of pleasure and indeed an excellent companion for the delicious seafood in Golden Century.

Petaluma was established in 1976 with a vision to produce ultra-premium wines by selecting the best sites within a particular region suited to a specific variety.

The 2010 Golden Century Reserve light and elegant. It proclaims toasty vanilla, lemon and citrus aromas. The acidity is complex and almost bitter, and the finish is rich and chewy. The whole wine is harmonious and delightful. A wonderful choice for steamed seafood.
